Dont know what you are talking about. He has multiple Sales at 3 keys and sellers at 2.69 (=2.7 keys rounded). Range is totally valid. If 3 keys are possible why not include it in the range?
I think its pretty clear what he's trying to accomplish, buds priced at 2.7-3 keys
I have a 2.5$ key and a 7.5$ bud on my screen in 2 tabs.
I do also have a calculator and that calculator says 7.5/2.5=3 -15% is 2.55 for the steam seller(quicksellers). 2.7 as the low end supports item traders low end I am just displaying some successful 3 keys trades to support the high end.
it is a moderate rise of a 0.15 keys or 0.5~ ref
