I have seen many people who have updated the price of the duped unusual. so your comment here is not appropriate

The sales of dupes can be used to raise prices but not usually to lower prices - the only instances of this are if all the hats on the market are dupes and there is little to no possibility of a dupe entering the market any time soon, such as the Sulphurous TC. As there is a clean one on the market and has been for a long time then the sale of the dupe can't be used to lower the price.
