Just paid 14 keys + non-craftable Black paint - The paint is more like 11-12ish ref now. Needs a suggestion .

That Gibus is Painted, so this sale is not usable as 14.5 Keys.

Also, you have no proof that Hue is 11 - 12 Refined. Non-Craftable Hues are likely about that. The lowest seller for Hue is 1.75 Keys, and the highest Buyer is 1 Key, so there is no way that Hue is 11 - 12 Refined.

Most Gibus's have paints and parts on them already. I dont know why it was accepted its up to the mods. If a mod wants me to close this just tell me.

They are like bills and aussies. Most have paint and parts, so having the paint and parts adds little value. If you look on scm for the gibuses, there are painted ones selling under unpainted ones.

In general, on items 10+ keys in value (unusuals, aussies, etc), we don't add value for paint and low tier parts. Spells and killstreaks are a completely different story, though.
