There are no sales for Duped Scorching Flames Racks, even for those that aren't Spec KS. It wouldn't make a huge difference anyways. Using 275.
Considering the value of the sale, it should be fine to price with one sale. 1900 Keys should be fine.

the level of the pan does not affect its value.
A level 1 pan sold today for 943 keys + A Time Warp Bear (~100) [ http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197987796862 ], proving that although a level may add some sort of desire, it does not add extra value.
