I don't think Spec KS matters on a hat, and it's a sale so it's valid.
Yes it matters and no, a quicksell isnt valid, if the hat got listed as a quicksell and then sold after it hasnt been bumped once i'd say that isnt valid, the hat got little to no attention since it wasnt bumped and especially since there are more for sale i'd say that sale shouldnt be used. Out of curiosity, at how much did you value the sweets? Since there isnt a calculation i cant quiet tell.
