Conclusion :

SCM supports. Less than 5% change but a raise is needed because of the buyers & the sale.

Both the sellers are young, and considering the buyers, why not 1.8 flat?

Eh, 6 days unsold at 1,7 keys. And it's bumped too. Can't just ignore it. I know the sellers are young. That's why I listed them there. Otherwise I'd put them as "Unsolds".
