Doesn't matter how rare the hat is, nothing is exempted from the 2 sales rule. That being said, the trade closed, so this can be priced now.

The other sale was for a darkblaze peculiarity. The guy had a b/o of 60 on both the topper and the peculiarity.

With two new sales at ~55 and 60 (at max), it looks like 73 flat is going to be too high. There's a reason we ask people to wait a month from the first sale to establish a price on a hat.
