Now with the obligatory quote out of the way I can get started.
So for starters I'm using the normal price since all of the Vivid variants of this hat that exist are Strange. I saw this earlier with a Searing Fortunate Son so I'm rolling with it.
Please realize that I've done minimal research on suggesting and I'm bound to have messed something up.

Also fairly sure you need to wait for 2 sales or a month to pass.
I should have checked earlier, it's unfortunately duped. Plus I figured if I waited 2 months the exe price wouldn't be valid and I don't want to go hunting for minis
You need a Mini for the Executioner if it's Duped.
As for Temmie's comment, 1 Sale is fine if the sale is greater than 200 Keys in value.
I have absolutely no idea how to find minis without wasting half my day asking past owners.
Check the history of the Duped Exe and look for sales.

If the other ones sell, then a range can be made. Until then, 1 Sale is fine.
I have a hunch the other one isn't gonna sell at all. He's been offered 550+ and still declined.
If he's been offered 550, then it makes sense that this should really wait for a 2nd sale...
The other seller says they have been offered a 550 key unusual but I dont see proof in the comments of the post. He has not declined, only stated that there was an offer of that value.

I added him in private, and he said it wasn't enough to take.
Did he have proof of this 550 offer? Or is there proof that im missing? Because if it is proven of a 550 offer then yes its best to wait for another sale to confirm (as prettyprincess mentioned). If the 550 offer cannot be confirmed then a basis from 1 sale would be sufficient. Isnt that how it would work?
He just told me what the offer was. I don't remember exactly what it was, but I can ask if necessary
Not sure if I am getting my facts mixed up, but if somebody on outpost asked for proof of this offer, they would need to provide it or remove the offer from their notes completely otherwise risk a ban since they would only be able to assume a false offer to try and get more from potential buyers
I think that's how if works, but the fake offer system is completely broken, as I've gotten banned for having "1 million keys" listed. Plus, I haven't seen anybody ask for proof on anything for a very long time. I could ask for proof to find out
Well if proof is provided as pretty princess has stated it might be worth closing this and waiting for the other to sell as well. Its more for the suggestion than the proof of 550 here

They tend to complain when someone uses a weapon that isn't meta, or uses it in a way that isn't meta
the amount of times someone has bitched at me for actually using the Gloves of Running to kill or even using the Sniper Rifle as a killing device, not a headshot machine, is insane
