It's definitely way more accurate. The thing is that even the 39 one is failing to sell... Honestly I think 39 is even too high. Maybe 30 keys, at best. I am hesitant to vote on this (in either direction) as a result.

If there's nothing to prove that it's worth less than 39, then 39 is a good starting point for a drop.
