There are still many sellers and buyers at 14 or even 15 and below. I think that should be in the range. There is an open suggestion rasing the price to 14.22 which seems better since the highest buyer is 14.22. I will say best range will be 14 to 15.

1. 10 Buyers at 14 Ref(If I count all of them on next page as well. I didn't include them all in the suggestion) & 4 Above 14 Ref. - 14 Ref is Out of the Question.

2. 2 Fresh Sales at 16 Ref & 1 at 1 Key. - 16 Should be in Range.
