not if its a decrease in price, and its been their b/o for over a month (i think), this looks fine since theyre not quickselling or anything.

If decreasing the price with sellers only (in this case), it must be at least a 15% price change. Seems valid and the seller is clean, however there could be sales on this. Neutral.
