This is my first suggestion, so go ahead and insult me for my every mistake.

buyers at 1.66 counter a low end of 1.66 btw. they're good for showing 1.66 should be removed from price range though

To raise a price you need sales. Find some sales at 2 ref and add them in a comment / edit your suggestion :)

How exactly should I find them?

Look at histories of the ones on OP, just click on them. See if the previous owner had a OP trade for it and what it sold for :)

first 3 are WAY too old

The first seller at 2 ref dropped to 1.66 ref to sell it. And it looks like none of the other ones sold. 2 ref is probably too high here.
