$8.50/1.85 = 4.6, rounding to 5.

Selling for around $10 on market
$10/1.85=5.4, down to 5.
193+23.5+5+2+5=228.5, round to 230.
1 of 1 and unpriced, so 1 month rule is ignored. Plus Rosie is a collector and probably wont sell it within a month anyway.
Im probably gonna end up redoing this since the HKC seems to be a funny suggestion. All critisism welcome.

DBD Cone is 140 keys max, as noted here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/56a336f3ba8d883342e4f999 . Probably better to wait and see how does that suggestion work out.
Taking in account that, this sale will end up at around 180 keys, which is current owner's B/O. No reason to value it at 230 when it's on the market for 180.

Well, assuming everything else is ok, i would use 140 for the Cone (there is a sale with a B/O of 140 and another for sale for 140, so its value shouldn't be far away from that). Using that value, your sale comes out at 175 keys.
