I really think this should be higher, considering that only 48 of them exist.

I mean, the orbiting planets belongs to more players, but around 50 of them exist.

Look, I know you think you have a point, even bringing in 'quotes' to support your reasoning, but to affect pricing you need proof of sales that back up what you're suggesting. And you have not shown us that any have been recently sold for 25 keys.
