According to the rules, a new price suggestion can be made solely on the sale of hats that are either rarely sold with only a single sale or hats where only one or two exist and are going into collector's backpacks.

On the 25/01/2016, one of these hats was listed for sale on both backpack.tf and tf2outpost with a pure price of 330 keys b/o.

This hat is retired and only two secret to everybody versions exist - both of them are clean and non-duped, a level 31 and a level 69. The level 31 (so spooky) was the one for sale that I bought and the level 69 is not for sale, it is in the backpack of a mining light collector (one of the users on here in the top 50 valued backpack list).

I too am somewhat of a mining light collector and have purchased multiple different mining lights in the last month. I have no intention of selling this one though any time in the near future meaning they are both now in the hands of collectors.

I acquired the level 31 as a straight swap for a harvest moon brainiac hairpiece (proof below).

The brainiac was purchased yesterday as a trade for 315 keys worth of unusuals, a professional killstreak australium weapon, halloween footprint spell max head and professional killstreak stranges.

The brainiac itself has a backpack.tf price of 475 keys with only one seller, asking for 420 keys pure.

If I were to personally re-sell this myself at some point ever, I would probably just default to the price the last seller was asking - which would be 330 keys since It's the only one that's been sold recently to actually gauge a price from and the current 96.5 key value seems hugely outdated. Even before I actually found this for sale I expected it - along with cloudy, misty, harvest and 13th to all be well into the 300+ range despite what they say here on the backpack.tf prices.

Most of these rare mining lights are priced wrong in my opinion - the harvest moon one is currently saying 74 keys yet only 1 has ever existed and if it did get sold would probably be about 10x that or more, the cloudy moon with 2 in existence is saying 382 keys but the last time it came up on tf2outpost the seller was asking for about 600-800 keys (one of these is also owned by the same collector who has the other secret to everybody), the 1 misty skull hasn't been sold, the knifestorm's are worth about 130 rather than the 66 suggested on here etc.

What is the current value of the SBTWC Jefe that it was apparently traded for? The Jefe doesn't show up on the unusual page as even existing. I left the original post too long and can't edit it now so it is a huge load of text like someone said, sorry.

Perhaps 315-330 is too high for this but 250 would be a realistic new suggestion?

The seller of the brainiac I bought wanted 250 pure for it and the trade had been open for weeks, I got it for about 315 in items (possibly regarded as overpay on my part) but could have instantly had it for 250 had I sold my stuff for keys.

This mining light was traded for a SBTWC 1/1 Jefe which is now being sold at 250 and I traded the brainiac for the mining light which was also 250, thus making this hats value 250?
