The Circling Peace Sign Charmer's Chapeau is outdated and requires a mini-suggestion to back up what it actually sells for today.

Wait what? Last suggestion for the Peace Sign Charmer's was on Nov. 8, which would mean that it would now be over 2 months; still technically valid.

Foamy provided a mini that would make the sale close enough to the suggested price, so I guess it doesn't matter much.
