I think the 5% rule applies here. Use 2 keys flat, 5% is .11 change.
[2.2-(2+2.1)/2]/2=6.82%, which is over 5%.

his math is unnecessarily complex, but it is correct. He could have just done 2.05/2.2=6.82%.
Just realised I should've divided by 2.2. But at least the answer is correct.
