After being in contact with two other users who frequently make a lot of suggestions on here they too said that 245-250 would be a suitable cap based on trades made.

I don't know, it's probably because it's not a super popular item on a popular class so it's not getting many views/votes and because there's only 2 of them there's no real rush to accept it as there won't be other sales. Just a guess. Popular items get accepted within a day or two sometimes.

The prices of items on this site are their values in pure. When the pure b/os are at 200, those should definitely be factored into the value. At the very least the range needs to be 200-250. It would be best to price the jefe formally here to give this a range.
