Either way, you'll have to wait until the trade us actually completed, i.e until the 3 day escrow time is done. You dont need to close this, you can just leave it open until its completed. Ill look into that nnb pugilist in the meantime

Alright ive checked the pug and theres nothing I can find on it so I cant update it. Price wont be that much off I guess, and the offers support the raise. If the trade goes through I think this should be fine

The NnB Pugilist's is very outdated. I doubt it'll be lower than what it is now, but we're gonna need a mini just to be sure.
