You linked Hamsy's buying of it, KoDoRiN linked Hamsy's selling of it. He offered the Logo Cannon + MN FR-0 + a bunch of other stuff for a MN Headsplitter, that would cap at 40 due to the Headsplitter's B/O: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27765474

However I'm willing to disregard it, as they were looking for an all-class unusual anyway, and that was some pretty serious overpay. Plus there's that seller at 37 so yeah.
