this hat is a great hat as well and if you see how other unusuals are priced, the blizzardy storm and stormy storm are always close together in price however this is not the case with the tyrants helm. one example is the killers kabuto and the rebel rouser. (Other unusuals from other classes follow the same pattern as well)
