Sold this hat for a Phosphorus Broadband Bonnet (33 keys) and 5 keys = 38 keys TOTAL

PROOF (Bonnet has a 2 year old price so heres proof of it being worth 33 keys)

So this means he sold the bonnet + 8 keys for a Tf Logo Towering pillar of hats. The tf logo pillar of hats is worth 41 keys, so 41-(33+8)= 0. Since it equals zero that means 33 is the bonnets value, 41 is the tf logo towering's value and 8 is the keys. So based off this we can assume he payed a bonnet + 8 keys. So we can safely assume the Bonnet is worth 33 keys.

This hat is one of 2. The other one hasn't been traded in months so this is all the proof I can provide.

B/O on the sale of the Phosphorous Bonnet sale was 27 keys - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27665206 - You have to cap it at that.

so your sale is actually 27 (Bonnet B/O) + 5 keys = 32 keys. Re-suggest at that.

That was the buyout yes but he sold it for more. So Im considering it worth 33

The Bonnet should be valued at 27 - if someone has a B/O at 27, that means they would've taken that amount in pure instantly. There's no reason to value sales above that value.
