Buyer for 18

Only 1 seller left via classifieds at 18 ref, and that hasn't been bumped for 2 days.

There's 2 of them now, but the other one's young and unbumped.

Additionally, there's a young (but about 2 hours from being valid) and well-bumped buyer at 18 ref on the Classifieds.

There's quite a trend of 18 ref sellers in the classifields now. Most of them are also bumped and buyers are at around 1 ref less, so I expect the price may even go lower in the future.

For now this seems clever and I upvote.
