If 13 can't sell for 3 Months, that is an Unsold.
"Full price" is basically another way of looking for the high end.
Even if it sold for 14 ref, it still counters this suggestion. And the way you wrote it, it seems that you're not even sure about it.
Sure, it's an unsold, but he's not proving why 15 should be taken out of the range.

It probably was not have been 14. There was a Front Runner that the Seller lost at the same time, so it was likely less.
So basically you're not sure. Anything could have been traded there.
