Range comes from nowhere, also http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26733056 Unsold at 30 for over 6 months.

28 flat works much better here.

Not sufficient proof. There are 22 of this hat in existence I don't think just 1 sale is enough to justify the price. Also 30 comes out of nowhere.
