Resuggesting since I forgot to account for the Balloonicorns already in the set.

We split the cost of the items halfway. 210 CSGO keys. 105 each. +10% for TF2 makes 115.5. 115.5 - 22 = 93.5, round to 95.

Pretty sure there are no other sets.
