okay so Im not 100% sure if this was 45 keys, but the buyer wanted to pay 45. Seller asked for 55 and said he would go lower for pure. Since ~50 pure disappears from the buyers bp it may have been a few keys more, but since I cant trace it through the seller and since more sales transpired I cannot be 100% sure. Given other market buyouts including a current one at 45, Im going to take this as 45 keys

Sold at the day of listing; was definitely below 40 at the time of the sale, but again, the sale is nearly outdated and theres 2 very fresh sales and a pure QS that make them seem low for the current market.
