This didn't set well with me costing less than 2nd gen versions of the same hat. Did some digging.
Sale 1:
Sold with a collector's back scatter (13) for an Abduction Phononaut (111) and 1 key in sweets. (Sale comes to 99, rounded to 100 for neatness)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198067161406?time=1446451200&compare=1446537600
Sale 2:
Sold 1:1 for a Stormy Storm BoA (117)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198075435735?time=1454400000&compare=1454486400
Both sales are recent and items involved are in-date.
If any criticism is to be had, please let me know.
Wasn't a 1:1, 7 keys were added with my Deep Cover. http://i.imgur.com/CE2EFaP.png
i'll resuggest at 100-110 then.
You could mention you bought yours with a Logo Muffs, which judging by current sellers on market, would be around 92~ keys or less.
Also first sale is over 3 months old and to old to use.
I added keys to the logo muffs that would equal out to about 100.
He added 3 keys to the Muff.
Still probably around the 90~ ish area if the muffs were mini'ed though. Either way high end is to high and low end doesnt exist with an outdated sale.
No problem, I said only how many keys he exactly added.
Keys were added to the DCO in sale 2, at least 7 keys from what i see using near-ID here:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198142116395?time=1454486400&compare=1454400000
And your sale is also valid, as Eldric pointed out.
What? I said valid, and that's what i meant to say.
Oops, I thought you mean't invalid because Eldric had said "Also first sale is over 3 months old and to old to use."
My bad :3
I didn't see the keys going into the other guy's backpack, so it seemed those were unrelated to the trade. Also, this is my sale, not the sale you're talking about.
If you check histories on keys from Hex's backpack you will see that some of them went to Osvaldatore, like this one: http://backpack.tf/item/3793229683
Now, if you double click on any of the last 7 keys here, you will see that near-ID matches and were most likely involved in the same trade: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198142116395?time=1454486400&compare=1454400000
Anyways, Hex is a regular here, so maybe he could confirm everything.
Alright. Idk if the keys added are worth a ressugest though because the number wouldn't be that far off? It seems to me like they weren't for the hat and instead for the shooting star and other random shit he got.
The Shooting Star was probably involved in another trade, since its history doesn't match: http://backpack.tf/item/4385602949
What you should do now is the maths with your own sale (the TF Logo Muffs sale) and see what comes out from that one, since the sale you used as low-end here is not valid anymore (too old to use). Then resuggest with the new values, or wait for a mod to check this one and tell you how to proceed.
I'll wait for the latter. I thought the rule was 4 months made a sale outdated? That's what I was told on a previous suggestion.
It's actually up to 2 months when there are more recent sales. Sales up to 3 months should only be used for rare hats or to identify outliers, as seen here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
Alright, thanks.
That first sale involved a Collector's Back Scatter AND a Specialized Killstreak Strange Gibus, I was the seller.
Do you know what you bought and sold that gibus for? I have no idea how I could price that.
Haven't got a clue bud, it was a while ago. Will check my trade history shortly
sure thing.
You'll need to fix the issues already described.
