Drop is needed (Updated a year ago)

Sold for 7 keys 4 ref another time, clearly an outlier

i thought dropping base on b/o's is only allowed if you are dropping by 15% of it's value?

Except when the price is, like here, a year old with 2 unsuccessful sellers for less

The rule does say that but i thought i should test the water considering a suggestion with a 10% drop w/ sellers was accepted

In the end the unusual is updated to a lower price based on low demand, so essentially it's somewhat valid

By doing this 10% i requisite perhaps thoughts of the rule - maybe it's ok if the price is a year old or if it even drops the price at all

This might not even be accepted in the end but it's good to test the water

The dropping off b/os rule was not intended for hats like this - not even a 10% change here.
