Before hazmat update, user wasn't banned on outpost or backpack.tf when sale occured.
Not sure if it can be used because the user is banned for being a paypal scammer ALT, but main's the steamrep report was dropped due to not receiving needed info almost a year ago.

Yeah that's a weird one, I'd have to expect the ban would mean an at least somewhat lower price. Either way it's not way too far off from the suggestion, and this sale is more recent and more straightforward.
He wasn't banned anywhere when the trade took place. This sale happened less than 3 weeks ago as well, which is only like 2 weeks from this more recent sale.
He's had the negative backpack.tf trust for three months, which is not great.
Doesn't necessarily mean he's really a scammer. I don't believe he was banned anywhere till after this trade -- I believe making him a pretty legitimate user to trade with. Not sure when his backpack ban occurred, I may be completely wrong about what I said above. An admin would have to make the ultimate decision on this one, for the sale would ultimately be under 800.
It's definitely something to consider, but given the main sale is a less complex sale, with less out-of-date items, from a less questionable seller, I'd be a little surprised if this did need a range.

aka ~795 if FAN is not aussie, or ~805 if it is.

Out of the 5 most recent sales on this hat, 4 of them are less than the suggested range and 2 of them are well below the suggested range. This will need a big more digging into and, at the very least, should get a range. Something like 750-850 might work, but it may be best to see what DedAndrei ends up selling his for.
