Is it different if the Set is already 199/200 or 0/200 instead of any other number?

If the set is 199/200, it can be considered a full item, whereas if it's 0/200, it is considered as a chem set still. This one is sort of in the middle, considering it requrires 171 left. We'll see what happens.

I'm assuming it was 29/200 when you bought it? Argyles are 1.66, 1.66 * 29 = 48.14 ref = ~2.5 keys

This makes the set 90 - 2.5 = 87.5 keys. Some people would choose to round to 90 here, and there's nothing wrong with doing so, so I'll accept anyway :D
