What no, he is not raising with sellers, he is raising with a sale, and sellers are fine to make a low end when he has sales higher than them.

As woifi pointed out it is fine to make low end with seller and high end with the sale itself.

Seeing with my suggestin spltter sale needed round at 24, so 22-25 is fine

There are a lot of sales, but almost all of them are bulk sales for larger items. This should be okay.
