We both know that the trade for the PE HH is a quicksale. A range of around 230-250 would be more appropriate, but not 196-243.

What makes it a quicksale? The fact that he was banned on Outpost?

To be honest, your suggestion appears like you're trying to decrease the value deliberately just so YOU can buy one.

I find that disgustingly hard to believe.

People make telltale hints at their true intentions even whilst typing.

Also you would be decreasing it with your suggestion, because the usual sell prices are much higher.
