I'm not an expert on this but i'm pretty sure you need unsolds at the current price to lower it.

I think this item is really hard to price right now.

It's a complete mess in the classified with some sellers between 13 ref and 15 ref. ( and some 13 ref buyers TF2 Logic)

I think it would be good if we wait to see which one sold and wich one don't.

Neutral for now.
