But you're probably talking about going 3 ref flat, not ref flat.

Anyway, I think the current price is fine - both of the 3 ref Outpost sellers closed and they probably wouldn't be usable anyway cause they're both poorly bumped and I don't think having one Classified seller as proof for the low-end is enough to warrant this change.
