I actually purchased my green confetti for 10 keys. One of the keys was not yet tradable so I had to wait a couple days. He was also quickselling it. I wouldn't be suprised if it were worth a couple keys more considering the green confetti is 11.5 keys.

The problems with using the G. Fetti as a reference point are that the last accepted suggestion was a year ago and that both of them are locked away in my backpack, likely to never leave again.
