Sold along with an Eerie Orbiting Fire Outta Sight (unpriced) for a Bubbling Crown of the old kingdom + 15 key adds:

I have no info on the Outta Sight, not even from it's history. But we can take the price of another Halloween effect Outta Sight. Currently the closest effect average price to Eerie and is priced on the Outta Sight is Critophera Venenata. By Backpack.tf effects average, the Venenata is 105 keys and Eerie is 56. So we can take half of the Venenata price (122) and the price of the Eerie is 61 keys. Let's say the seller wanted 10 keys overpay for the Eerie, making it's part in the overpay 71 keys.

That means the taunt got sold for:

229 keys in items

Sale 2: (This one shouldn't count because it was a quicksell, but hey, the more proof, the better)

He also added 10 keys pure. I know th Luchadore price is old, but there are 2 duped Snbeams Kuchadore on Outpost going for 200 keys each. And they are the only ones there, so it's safe to consider this one 200 as well. The seller paid 15 keys because he was quitting the game and wnated a good hat that he can easily sell. So, it was sold roughly for 200 keys.

All in all, the middle is 200 keys.

There's a few major issues here:

- The bubbling crown price is outdated and cant be used here. If anything, this should be used for the crown instead. I can look into that and perhaps even update that if you want to.

- In that same sale; the sale is too old to use

- You cant use tier comparison like that to put a price tag on the eerie degroot. Eerie and Venenata are in no way related to each other tier-wise, so its a weak comparison in general, but if it is unpriced it is simply not usable

- A duped beams lucha is very likely less than 200. I've found a value of ~170 a few months back; doubt that's still valid, but quite sure 200 is too high.

- On that same sale: A sale isnt necessarily a QS if the offer was given in a short period of time. Whether or not something should be excluded for being a QS depends on a ton of other factors. That sale is perfectly usable as long as you find a proper mini-suggestion on the lucha to back up its value. The sale is probably ~150-160

- In sale 3, the burglerre is outdated and I cant imagine it would still go for anything near 170 to be honest. I can check that out as well and may be able to update that one.

Current owner wants 200 pure and other seller wants 199 pure

even at current prices that sale is like 170, and Im quite sure FL ballcap is overpriced atm. Plus, thats a sale from october, which is no longer valid.

As for the bubbling crown; I set that price 9 months ago, even when this sale happened, the value was far outdated already. Current seller at 200 for the crown supports that sale is definitely lower than 200 too.

Ill update the hats needed for this and mini the beams lucha; will probably be able to do that tomorrow

Regarding the Bubbling Crown, the price may have been accurate when the sale was made which makes it valid since some hats drop/increase over time

The l'homme price was updated, now the sale is only ~170 keys. You should resuggest at 170 keys flat.

Lhomme was sold for 165 keys so there's no need

Down voting a hat after the sale shouldn't affect the price of a hat in a sale before the downvote, if that's the case most sales would be significantly lower then and all your hats are gonna drop

Outdated prices can't be used at all for price suggestions because they are not an accurate representation of a price. The new price at 130-170 keys is based of sales from the past 3 months so it just makes sense that you use that one over a 7 month old price that was based on a sale a long time ago.

Again here was a sale at 160 pure and that was the most recent sale if you feel like dropping the prices of hats even if hey sale for pure, that defeats the purpose of this pricing system

And that sale was included. You can't just ignore all the other sales that happened, just because a hat sold for that amount once doesn't mean it will always sell for that same price again.

The other sales were months ago so by your logic shouldn't be used

3 months is the cutoff. Everything younger than that is perfectly fine. And the 130 key sale was only 2 weeks before the pure sale.

Resuggst at 170 keys. That's the correct thing to do and I told you that 6 days ago already. I can close this suggestion too if you want that.

Fair enough, but you are allowed to counter the suggestion. The homme sale will be ~170, the lucha sale should support 170 as value.

The bubbling crown sale would support this to be lower as well, there's an open suggestion on it below 200, which would support that 200 is too high. Since the sale is too old to use directly, I would not use it in the price.

This will probably get closed soon; if you want to price it you can open up a new suggestion at 170 flat

He doesn't have a proper mini for the outta sight so he isn't using that sale to make a range.

I really don't think you are allowed to make up a value for the eerie orb outta sight like that.

I'm not making it up. I'm just suggesting that as a random value because the only info I could get on the Sight is the Effects average price in the Unusuals page.

I understand where you are coming from, but that's not how bp.tf works. Since you aren't using that sale in the final price range I guess its not a problem though :)
