Conclusion:

Most, if not all, of the evidence below 9 keys have some type of modification so setting a low and high end can be tricky. I'll have to go with 8.4 keys flat as it seems to be the most common trade point with 3 Outpost sellers and nearly a page on the Classifieds. SCM supports this drop; taking 8.4 keys as the new price.
