The Brainiac in sale 3 couldn't sell for 37 for two months ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27157224 ). He changed his B/O to 35 keys ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27734389 ) and 30 keys ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27808132 ), but this one wasn't up for very long. So this should be worth somewhere around 30-35 keys at much. If you want to be conservative, you should resuggest to 35 keys.
as indicated, both sales are valued too high here; this should be lower.
