I've seen this hat being offered around on far lower valued items, so Im actually surprised how well this is being conserved. There's two sales near the high end and two sales near the low end; gonna go with 130-170 here

2 sales at 160-170 and 1 at 130? I don't think that's a valid range since 66% of the sales are close or at the current bp.tf value, do let me know regarding this since I'm new to this

The duped beams tower sale is close to the low end realisticly, meaning theres two sales near both ends. I can directly use it if I find other sales on duped beams towers, so that I can solidify its value, but I decided to label it supportive here, since even at the sellers buyout, that sale would have been 147.

Realisticly the duped beams tower is a little less, giving me sales here of 130, roughly 140, 160 and 170. Pretty evenly spread with both ends supported by two sales close to it

140 is 20 keys off 160 and 30 keys off 170 so that's not really an even range, 160 and 170 are 10 keys off of each other and are basically the hats current price so this price voting seems to be redundant due to the latest sale being at 160 keys pure

I dont understand your reasoning there; 140 is 10 keys above the low end and 160 is 10 keys below the high end. Both those sales support the ends they are near respectively.

The hat's value is 11 months old, thus making the update anything but redundant.

As for that last sale: That person was a collector that was willing to pay insane amounts for burglerres. For example, he paid 120 for a GE burglerre where that same hat was otherwise unable to sell for 60. Typically, sales like these happen when someone that wants to start a collection gets a hold of large amounts of pure (Chuckles won like 5000 keys on sweetstakes).

Seeing what this hat has been offered on (I've seen it being offered around on hats around 110-120 keys, personally I've been offered one on a duped burning noble if Id add ~10), I'd rather be surprised this stays so high; if it wasnt for that pure sale, I'd have considered 170 an outlier here without question

Thats the sale that's currently listed as 160; I only found 160 keys, apologies for missing the other 5. Since that sale is not a high or low end, the minor difference made does not influence the suggestion, but thanks for clarifying the sale!

Also, I don't consider my purchase of any of the hats that I bought to be "insane". If you actually paid attention enough, there was another seller of the GE L'homme for the exact same amount I paid, around 5 or 6 days after the price suggestion was accepted. Too bad the price of this hat is probably about to get shat on. Anyways GL!

What I meant by that was that you pay significantly more than what anyone else would be paying. Most of the hommes i've seen that were raised with your sales had trouble selling for a lot less than what you paid at an earlier stage. The GE homme I mentioned as an example has been unable to sell for 50 for a month, and there are 4-5 sales that are all in the 45-60 region, all within the past 3 months. Therefore, they usually dont reflect the market accurately (unless the hat is 1/1 and had no other sales of course).

I do not intend to mock a collection and am most certainly not trying to say youre stupid for paying that much for them, but Im saying that sales such as that one are generally considered outliers since they reflect one person's interest in a hat rather than the full market.
