So we have:
Unboxer (likely) quickselling for 65 keys
Hat sale at ~80
Collector purchasing it for 120 keys
I'd say this one holds the most weight.
All of these sales happened really fast, and the first sale happened off-market.
In this situation, for an 1/1 in existence like this, going with the most recent pure sale should be fine. I dont see an issue valuing it over previous buyouts (as could be the case with other hats that have multiple sales below the last pure sale), since all buyouts have been open for really short periods of time
