Conclusion:

Sales at 31, 27, 24, 27, 31, 34 and 34 and sellers at 26, 27, 33. The 24 key sale looks like a quicksale; excluding it from the range. Taking 26-34 keys (the low end based on a seller and the high-end based on two sales) as the new price.
