Your suggestion is ignoring backpack.tf recently-introduced policy of not pricing high-tier items based off buyers only, as price manipulation is very advantageous in that domain. The suggestion you've linked is 4 months old, and while I support your case, this is pointless.
That policy was apparently implemented by the brainiac suggestion, which was 2 years ago, long before the bicorne suggestion. So i wouldnt say that it is pointless at all.
What makes you think so? I'm pretty sure polar linked the g.fetti brainiac suggestion as an example-- being "brought up" by his own words doesn't mean it was implemented as soon as the suggestion passed. Identically, this has been going on for a long time until a few months ago, so it's safe to say the rule wasn't implemented when the g.fetti brainiac suggestion passed.
So...what about the suggestion that happened 4 days ago? Is that going to be ignored here or...?
I suppose a range of 60-100 would be more accurate.
