I'm pretty sure that if 0.33 can't sell for 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks, or 5 Months, that 0.66 is an Outlier.

Cheap Stranges have risen, due to Stat Clocks. The unsold ones likely haven't sold because 2 of them don't have a trade link and one of them has a private backpack so their trade link doesn't work.

Either way this is bad proof and Strange Shovels are now going for 1 ref looking at the classifieds so the suggestion isn't right either.
