First of all, I wouldn't be talking about invaild buyers/sellers.. The only buy order that counters the seller is yourself, which was just listed..

I agree. The seller at 13 ref is valid. Has mobile auth. SCM at 11,22 ref. Neutral.
He bumped on Outpost after I made this. And I don't see how this is "sketchy", it's a rare item, I wanna make sure I have the advantage over other buyers. A sale is a sale.
Just tell me if I should make a range.

I have a sale at 16, I ask if I should include 13. All I need is to hear a "yes" or "no" from someone. Can't make it more simple than that.
If we go with SCM, it should be 11 ref or less, and my buy order has been up for about 3 hours.

scm isn't generally used for main proof, but it counters you.
