When an item is greyed out by Outpost, not by the user, it means that the item has been modified (painted, added s. part, listed on the SCM or just sold). Also if you check their bp you will notice a Bad Pipes taunt different from the one listed on the trade (levels don't match).

The suggestion is ok and so was the previous. 1 sale at 17 compared to 8 sellers at 16,66 ref. But not worth resuggesting again. Upvote.
