The sale strongly seems like an outlier considering its a straight downgrade in effects even with adds. The seller clearly followed outdated bptf prices blindly without any logic behind it.

that second sale you mentioned in the comments never happened; that is the sale where it sold for the vivid cap.

Im with woifi here, its a direct downgrade in effect which typically results in hats being undervalued.
