Based on a recent SCM sale.

=> 248/2.2 = 112.7 rounding off to nearest 5 -> 115 Keys.

This price seems to be consistent with other effects as well, albeit a bit lower.

you need a range for scm sales. Calculate with and without the tax (received money low end and the payed money high end)

If you want I can help you set it up. The commenter below claims to have another sale, and you should check the accuracy of that. If his sale is valid you will need to make a range between what he sold for and what you bought for. Sadly, you will be losing a bit of money on this if he did in fact sell it for that price.

Thanks, I added him and I will ask for a screenshot as proof. I don't think it's a lot of money, and it wasn't me who bought it from the market. I just want to get this priced.

To price it you don't necessarily need a screenshot. You can look up current owners if you have premium, check the history, and see what he paid in full. Screenshots are easier but for future reference.

no he fked up & sold his c. hearts & sunbeams Protector for a GE rotation. seems like the brooker now keeps the rotation and promised "imnotthatverygood" to get him 250 keys once he sold his flamenco.

Let's deal with this one sale at a time - the SCM sale, for a start. As stated, that needs a range based on what the seller receives and the buyer pays (and I'm just going to have to take your word keys are ~2.2 euros) which will make that sale 248/2.2 = 113 and 248/1.15/2.2 = 98, which gives us 98-113 (or 100-115 if you want to round!)

Next, we have the AF salty + DBD little buddy sale. The salty is two years outdated with only two other sales:

The C9 Cotton sale was an "all-class hype!!111!!!!1!!" sale and may be used for the cotton. The fuka + madden sale is trickier - both hats are outdated but the sale is surely over 90, which is the main reason for looking further into the salty dog. So we can cap that sale at 90.

The Heart + Beams protector for GE Rotation is messy; the situation in general just makes me want to avoid the sale, I can't find a way to show foolproof... proof of that sale. Considering the availability of hearts ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/262036155 ) I have a hard time believing it'll be worth more than beams. The sale will probably fall in the range.

So yeah, 90-115 is looking best currently.
