Hey guys, this is like my turd kinda suggestion. Every time I make a suggestion It usually gets denied however a day/week later. The price suddenly changes, anyways here's my lazy proof (P.S the 1.7-2 are badly rouned)

No idea how to find these. I could say that most of the people selling the C.A.P.P.E.R's are retailers and they bought it REALLY cheap.

Note:

Not really any buyers on outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/261947220) there are only BOTS buying it cheap for profit.

So weird how someone who changed the price to 1.6 to 1.6-2 is now selling it for 1.72ish :p

Conclusion:

There has been a low demand for C.A.P.P.E.R's we can tell this because:

1. The market price has decreased by $0.70 USD from the average $5 to $4.30

2. There has been unsolds for the product that was around 1.7 keys (Max 3 days)

3. There has been unsolds for the product at 2 keys (Max 1 month or 4 weeks)

4. There has been no demands for the C.A.P.P.E.R clearly over or at the bp.tf price.

trying to talk economics in a price suggestion doesn't help the suggestion at all. also your 2nd conclusion point has no proof of those price changes

There has been unsolds for the product that was around 1.7 keys (Max 3 days)" kinda has proof though, cause like over a period of 3 days this item has been trying to sell for way under the bp.tf price but it's been 3 days and unsold, i kinda should check the trades if they're escrow or not because that's a huge factor to why things would go unsold or sell, but then again when I see people who've actually gotten their price accepted they don't add that at all :p

oh sorry meant first conclusion point. you could just have no text at the beginning and go straight to proof :P

yeah, i don't think SCM should relate to ref/key conversion thingy magingys too, very complicated stuff to compare but it'd help people know what to buy, like for example you yourself want to buy a capper but you don't want to get ripped off, there's the capper converted into 1.5 keys while theres a capper for 2 keys in bp.tf and stuff. but like you'd choose the scm over the bp.tf sellers thus they'd kinda have to lower their bp.tf price in order to sell to the people buying from scm, sorry for englis i'm kinda bad with these things

As you can see, they're pretty much all trading bots looking for profit. And that they're buying for waaay under the bp.tf price/ price I've suggested

buyers don't help you lower a price at all

don't add buyers cause like buyers play a small role in price changing

no bait things so just leave the intro and get with the proof

classifieds are for things sold here

so many things i've learnt :^)

buyers can be used to raise a price though. (quick)buyers can't be used to lower 'cause they'll always be paying less than market value so they can turn a profit

i mean like, if i made a suggestion once again (probably a horrible one) and it was to lower the price however in this scenario there aren't actually buyers only quickbuyers what do i add, do i say "no buyers just quickie buyers"

just don't include buyers at all if you're dropping a price

omg this guide is so helpful i should double check if there are bumps on the trades i've checked

the standard is if outpost says it was last bumped 2 days ago or more it's poorly bumped. you can include poorly bumped trades, but never rely on them as the basis of your proof of suggested price. suggest unusual prices whenever, nobody is stopping you. just know that they can be harder/more complicated than regular item suggestions

i meant how to suggest, idk where the + button is to suggest an unusual price and stuff

the value you can suggest up to is dependent on your highest historical backpack value multiplied by some number determined by how much you've voted/suggested
