First suggestion... I don't know how to make it simpler and cleaner

read some other suggestions. Generally they have a section for unsolds. Then a section for sellers at the suggested price (in your case 3.88)

would also be good to actually put some notes next to the outpost links (things like, is it poorly/never bumped, what the b/o is)

Hmm, looks like all the sellers under 3.88 are gone and there's even a buyer at 3.77. Even the sellers at 3.88 are poorly bumped. Looks to me like 4 might be okay.
